The short version
The numbers you type are never sent to us. Calculations run in your browser. There are no accounts.
What is stored on your device
To be useful on your next visit, the site keeps the following in your browser’s local storage: your last inputs for each calculator, setups you save, calculators you pin, your result history, the quick-calculator tape, and your theme and currency preferences. This data stays on your device. You can view, export or delete it on the History page, or clear it with your browser’s “clear site data” option.
What our host sees
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not combine this with anything you enter into a calculator, because we never receive what you enter.
Share links
“Copy link” puts your current inputs after the # in the address. Browsers do not send that part of an address to the server, so a shared link reveals the inputs only to the people you send it to.
Changes
If we add analytics or advertising in future, this page will be updated first to say exactly what is collected and by whom. Questions: hello@keencalculator.com.
